semis and finals' results are out... and no surprise lane 5 (bring the second slowest qualifier) out performed most other lanes. Lane 3 being the fastest qualifiers should dominate most of the races but this isn't the case. Lane 5 however being the second slowest qualifiers came in 1st 21 times (just 1 less than lane 3)! So this proves that lane 5 is an express lane.

let's not bother so much abt heat,  team are randomly selected and pick into each lane.

Well, if you lazy to figure it out. next year SRR, just place yr money on lane 5 and 4.  Let whoever want to bet with you take Lane 3, 2 and 1.

1 or 2 or maybe 3 real good team will come in as Champion in Lane 3. 

Also, the most DQ for finish in " Wrong Lane " will be lane 1 or 2.  This had been the same case for the last SRR.


This year, the biggest crap was Event 57, 57 A.
* SMU was impeded on the finish line in Event 25: NC-Mixed SF2. Based on technical and video evidence, Race Jury agreed that SMU was in contention for 1st placed when the impediment happened. SMU was therefore allowed to proceed to NC-Mixed Grand Finals. This time run is for contention of honours in the Grand Finals as a 6-boat race is judged too unsafe to be carried out.Concurrence was also sought from the other teams in the NC-Mixed Grand Finals.


Then a fast U-turn, for Event 60.
This Event is an outright 6-Lane event as requested by the organizers of the PA category. Permission to go ahead was sought after all the Event Safety Plan requirements have been met. Teams were informed on the Risk.


Event 57 was National Championship Mixed where the team involved in this Grand final trained at least at least 4-6 hour per weeks and most have a very experience steerman.

Event 60, the team involved trained most is 4-6 hour per month, everyone seen them @ Kallang??

Why was not Event Safety Plan requirements have been met in event 57 to slot in Lane 6??

SRR is just a fun race to raise fund.
