"Now is the time for SIM.
SIM FTW!"

SIM did come 4th in the Open and 3rd in the Women at MR500, you think they've done enough since then to go up several positions?

looks like they are pretty serious this time.

SIM for tertiary - they have been consistent this year.
MBT/SPC for Opens - their combined team will be strong
SP for POLITE - they are training with very fast teams (SMU and National Team). POLITE should be theirs this year.

Yes i have seen SP paddling at kallang. they seem impressive. But have any of us saw NYP nor RP performance? Not forgetting TP too !

I haven really saw SPC boats around at kallang, will they racing for sdbf?
How about safsa ? judging from MR500, they seem pretty impressive!
Could SIM once again defend their PM cup at ntu's training ground?

well , answer will be out in a few weeks time...

I can't believe NUS would be so desperate to use the SCF to row for them.
Anyway, I would think it will be a showdown between NUS and SIM this time round.
Doesn't matter if bedok is NTU's training ground.. No one will be match for the school which swept all the godl medals in canoeing during MR500

For polite, I really think it is anyone's race, judging by last year. But it seems RP will make a comeback, judging by their marginal loss last year. MY $$ is on RP to take it back this year.

heard NUS took in SCF people for PM cup, but can they paddle for NUS? they have not even been into NUS before, just being issued student card. fair?
NUS Chut Pattern Liao.

SIM trains hard and will not disappoint. my money is on serious ones, not shortcut ones.
SIM FTW.

From pacing sets, SP vs N Team is 1/2 boat closer than RP vs N Team, so i believe that SP will win.

Being able to sweep all the gold medals in canoeing doesnt necessary mean that NUS will win the PM Cup... By putting this way, you have already meant that canoeists made better dragonboaters and I am sure SIM/NTU/SMU will beg to differ.  Dun think SCF will triumph our dragonboaters that easily too. But in the first place, is NUS allowed to use SCF?  SCF is singapore canoe federation...
