i am heartened to see a thread not focussing on the tertiary teams. many times those discussions just revolve around "I saw xx school training in Kallang, very good charge, very good timing, should have a chance", then someone else replies saying "no they didn't get a good SAVA or SDBF timing, or they are always out of lane", and the drill goes on. it's kinda pointless reading posts like this because it's pretty much "say what you want to say" by zealots from the school teams themselves. let the score be settled come 21-22 Nov 09.

on the other hand, threads focussing on the intebiz group allows the dragonboat community to learn more about our local teams we may not have paid much attention to, e.g. ISCOS, Tampines North CSC, Paya Lebar, even "Discovery Channel".

will be meaningful if people from these teams can step up in this forum and let us know more about you. let's be competitors on the race course, but friends here in Hydrotribe where we share useful information about the sport.

cheers!

Thank you placid, well i figured interbusiness is just as nice to watch as tietiary and people should start looking more into it after all there's more teams than tietiary and many "hidden" dragons to discover.   :D

For SAFRA. They have gotten quite a number of experienced rowers lately.

Anybody saw the following team?

Iscos Dragon Boat Team

I heard they have been pacing with each and every team that they meet at the Pebble Bay Condo. Any comments on this team?
If I am not wrong that team is under Yellow Ribbon Project, started training 2 month ago. Only 2 hour of water work weekly so nothing much about them.

I actually beg to differ from long-pull. I may be wrong but from what I saw, that team actually put up a good fight against other teams at the marking on the wall. Anybody would like to share their comments for this team?
