i guess,

for my case, i really wana to know and see the selection criteria for national team. I know my skill and fitness cannot match at all.  But i will want to match up with the standard and improve myself constantly.

But for this trial we are using 7.5kg per side on barbell.

everyone started as newbie and zero, with determination, you will see yourself getting higher and higher. With positive mindset, you want it, you will see it. You never try you never know. : )

one man row an empty 20man dragonboat for 300m?? :o

one woman (ladies team recruitment here btw) row a 10crew champion boat 300m with a coxswain, balancer and coach infront.: )

Please take note that 12th September LAND trial venue has been changed to SDBA Admin. Office, Kallang Riverside Park (0830) instead of Jurong West Club Fit Gym.


13th September WATER Trial will be held at SDBA Admin. Office, Kallang Riverside Park at 0830 - No changes.


Also, those interested parties who have yet to submit your particulars (FULL Name, Contact number, NRIC and Institution/Organisation), please drop a message to Samantha at 91390407 by 7th September.
