other than RP under a new leadership and possibly SP led by GPS, the other polys aren't worth mentioning anymore. battalion sized NP seems to be more quiet nowadays and its rower seems more humble than their senior too. TP is obviously, nowhere to be seen even though the upcoming race is going to be held at kallang. only the female team of NYP are worth staring for more than 3 secs. RP would have alot to prove this time round with steve's resignation and SP's glory brought up by its senior would most likely take a tumble from the unis this time round.

as a result, SAFSA now has the less-than-humble-nor-quiet seniors of NP, still-nowhere-to-be-seen NYP rowers, SP's glorious graduates, couple of TP rowers who were under the guidance of its previous coach and born in the year of the giraffe, and last but not least, the one and only chicken little from RP..

That's a very, very judgemental statement, who're you to judge in such a manner?

Most screwed up statements i've seen for awhile now.

Actualli I wonder where you've been all this while. I rmbr there were many earlier posts that referred to the abovementioned teams. Either that or you're asking for a good flaming session! Woohoo!

well, those are just opinions. why'd you get so worked up for? polys have seldom been stronger than the unis in SDBF and unis are ones everybody would be looking at because of the PM cup.
i dont know what manner you're talking about but i'm nobody and we'll see whether i am right this coming SDBF.

wah wah wah wah wah! its been sometime uh yahoo! i always love to read your post as it's one of the most flammable ones in this forum. NEVER FAIL to make me laugh. But keep it up man, cos i think that is what that makes this very forum interesting  ;D ;D ;D

So let me ask you or rather the forumers here, why is the NYP girls worth staring at for more than 3 secs? LOL. i mean there are other poly girls too right?  :D :D :D

So now SAFSA has a mixed of many poly seniors eh? especially from the less-than-humble-nor-quiet seniors of NP. LOL! this part damn funny. i don't quite get what u meant but if you want to elaborate, please do so. it will add more fun and laughter. hahahha! And you're flaming the ex TP coach as giraffe  :-\  let's not judge him by his personal appearance eh. haha.

wah truly,

i see. so many people have been posting. let me add mine too. SAFSA, such a big hoo ha. but yes. they deserve the big hoo ha with their seemingly fearsome rowers. the all star poly team. BUT with ntu in the way, are they able to achieve gold? other unis, NUS SIM SMU, change of coaches, change of styles, they cant be written off. POLYS, NP SP RP TP NYP

NP: are they still e biggest size warriors? have they finally woken up from their slumber to add thrill to the race? SP: fearsome long pulls however, is gold within their reach? RP: is standard still there? very unconvicing till we see in june race or polite. TP: nowhere to be seen. wonder what they have been up to. NYP: improving on their fast strokes. potential underdogs maybe.

Maybe I shud add some updates whichcome from very relevant sources. Yes Yahoo, I get them from very reliable sources *winks* Looking at the POLITE race, it seems like this would be a very difficult race to predict in many circumstances. Yes, we cannot deny that RP has been the reigning champs for the past few years but that was the past. TP has suffered a mish mash of unfortunate incidents that led its coach's contract to be ceased, taken over by a person who was more interested in making money from the school rather than coaching the team. SP would see better days if they had their graduated seniors in the team who are making waves in the national team. I'm looking at a very refurbished NYP team that has potential to upset the reigning champs, RP. They are a better bunch of guys then many in this forum think. I've seen them train. If they haf e mentality, they might be the next big boys in the pol-ite race. Well, that's my take for the day. Hey Yahoo, thanks for making the thread alive again! Appreciate it!

Heard from sources tat SDBA is going to enforce the rule of 1 rower can only row for 1 team! This is going to be a disaster for some of the clubs/cooperates cuz some of their rowers are rowing for their club & the organisation they r working in. They are forcing the rowers to make a choice. Personally, i feel it is super dumb cuz open category & cooperate are two completly different world. Y disallows some1 to row for their company on a more leisure level while competing on a more competitive level with their club? I feel this move will result in either some clubs/cooperates unable to from/send their strongest team. This is no way to promote this sport!  >:( Can some1 pls let SDBA know this is really dumb!

My 2 cents worth.
