Alot of people have been heard saying they are teaching c-canoe stroke technique, but I think it is all bullshit. Learn C-canoe before trying to teach the technique on a dragonboat.

a little tensed there dboater.
not that i'm against you, but please watch the way you phrase things.
 ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

the improvement is really stroke technique change, with Fred Heese imparting the C-canoe stroke, or rather, the Canadian style stroke to the N-team. That is really the way forward I think... And then again there genetics.

There are 'dragonboaters' and, there are 'dragonboaters'. They are different.

I see you guys talking about Fred Heese everywhere. Has anyone of you seen him down in the boat with the National rowers week in, week out??? Has anyone of you really SEEN  it yourself? All I see is the same man, Nasiman training the team all this while. So why all credits to Fred suddenly now, may I ask?

no offence, but you should really get an update of what's happening atm.

maybe you lagged by 2-3 weeks, but there has been a major reshuffling.

Hi Mental, what is the major reshuffling about? A change of coach?

No offence to any1. But youngster is right. Whatever SDBA selection squad represented at SAVA is Mr Nasiman's. Fred has nothing to do with anything regards to SAVA performance.

If anyone want to see or judge how Fred will be doing, look at the future races. Coz Fred is only contributing after SAVA.

Yes, Mr. Nasiman is no more.

Replacing him is steve and poh soon.

There's more to this matter than meets the eye, but I don't wanna cause any uproar in here so I shall not comment any further.
