Ocean Five Dragons went with 47 paddlers to Putrajaya to battle it out at the Malaysia International Dragon Boat Festival in Putrajaya last weekend. They did a great job, got to the Grand Finals, achieved great timings and gave serious tough contenders a run for their money - well done! But most of all, the team spirit was exceptional. From the outset of getting on the coach in Singapore on Friday evening all the way to a late night arrival in the early hours this Monday everyone contributed, everyone helped, everyone was considerate, everyone gave their best. It was an experience of true sportsmanship, fairness and team spirit at it's best!
