better organized but lacked the atmosphere and 'feeling' of previous SDBFs. I liked how they put all the IVP races together on saturday and opens etc on sunday.

MENS - SAFSA was solid, MCSC pushed and tried their best, NTEAM juniors did a good job.

WOMENS - NJC and MCSC gave their all, it was anybody's game. Very close fight indeed.

MIXED - MCSC showed their depth, 1st and 2nd placing in any event ain't easy. NJC's 3rd made a statement they are no pushovers

NJC owned the small boats, their trainings have prevailed. Their new canoeing coach definitely has more to show.

Bedok Reservoir is a dull race venue, as usual.  I would like to get back to Marina Bay or the Barrage.

Splitting the races up is good, it makes things flow better.  If you've got a crew member that's only available for one day due to work or personal conflicts, they can compete in their event in one day and the team doesn't have to worry about a replacement.

hmm maybe they went under a different name?

The second day of sdbf was an eye opener

Men's open and the PM cup was one of the best i've watched.

Good point, whatever happened to the Seahawks?  Haven't seen that name on a team listing for any races in a while I think?

ć»hawk,   see hawk already  ;D

No point in joining this club, the selection is always base on the senior batch of Uncle.
So many batch of good paddlers had joined and left.

You wont see a young face there for more then 3 years,
you will forever see the same group of Uncles there on the first team

Who would want to join such club?
